Hi!

Just ran the testsuite on sparc64 with the patch from #905795
to disable the packing of span and the result was that 163
tests failed which is an improvement over 1.27 where >180
tests failed:

Summary: exit code 1, counted 163 tests failed.
160 maximum allowed. Aborting the build.
Check the logs further above for details.

In order for the next upload to build successfully, I would
like to ask for the number of tests allowed to fail to be
raised to 180.

In the meantime, I will look into the various tests and try
to fix more of them or disable those on sparc64 which are not
supposed to be run there.
