Hmmm, it seems I ended up with a different .orig.tar.gz than what we
have in the pool already. Could anybody try
`./repackage.sh language-tags` on the pending-language-tags branch and
compare the resulting .orig.tar.gz to
http://deb.debian.org/debian/pool/main/r/rust-language-tags/rust-language-tags_0.2.2.orig.tar.gz
?

On my computer, the directory contents extracted from both files were
identical, but the .orig.tar.gz file was different. Maybe other flags
were used for compression back then, or something else was different?
