I know the freeze date is nearing, that's also the reason why I thought of a smooth way of uploading the packages, so we can continue to work on the other packages without interruption.

Thank you for your support on the issue. Once these packages have been accepted by the ftpmasters, it's a second wave of crates for the algorithms. After that, rand 0.6 will have some new binary
packages for the simd feature, so I can't upload the update as a maintainer. That's about it.

Let's see how far we get :-)
