Hey guys, can we please do something about this auto-rejection?

All tarballs uploaded to crates.io contain Cargo.toml with a 0 UNIX timestamp. We could repack it but it would mean pointlessly holding a different tarball from what upstream uses just for the sake of this timestamp.
