The rust-nodrop source package creates a binary package
librust-nodrop+nodrop-union-dev with a dependency on
librust-nodrop-union-0.1+default-dev which does not exist as a real or
virtual package in Debian.

There is no package called 'rust-nodrop-union' in either Debian or in the
NEW queue, so it's not clear what is supposed to provide the package that
satisfies this dependency.
