I have no interest in working on the packaging for these packages, I am only
trying to work out why unreleasable packages are finding their way into
Ubuntu as part of package syncs.
This is definitely not caused by issues of NEW queue processing speed as the
dependencies in question are not in the NEW queue at all. This is a matter
of dependency stacks being uploaded out of order. Why are rust packages
being uploaded to Debian out of dependency order?
