The rust-ascii package in unstable depends on an obsolete version of
librust-quickcheck-dev:

$ sudo apt install librust-ascii+quickcheck-dev

librust-quickcheck+default-dev is at version 0.7 in testing and version 0.8
in unstable, and neither provide the 0.6 that this depends on.

rust-ascii needs to be updated for a current rust-quickcheck.
