Dear Maintainer,

The upstream ships a manpage as doc/bat.1 in their Git repo, which is,
while not perfect (it differs in structure from most other manpages), is
still better than nothing.

Please include it in the package and consider either improving it, or
helping clap develop a (better) manpage generator here:
