Hi Andrej,

The rust-pangocairo-sys package is uninstallable in unstable because it
depends on obsoleted versions of several other packages lower down the
stack.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 librust-pangocairo-sys-dev : Depends: librust-cairo-sys-rs-0.7+default-dev but it is not installable
                              Depends: librust-glib-sys-0.7+default-dev but it is not installable
                              Depends: librust-pango-sys-0.7+default-dev but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

This blocks migration of a number of other packages, and presumably requires
an update to a new upstream version of pangocairo-sys.
