Hello! My name is Jonathan Thomas, and I'm the lead developer of OpenShot
Video Editor, an open-source video editor (which is already packaged in
Debian). However, I have a new dependency (*resvg
<https://github.com/RazrFalcon/resvg>*) which happens to be *rust* library
(uses *cargo* for the build process), and has many other rust dependencies
which are installed by cargo during the build.
I am not the creator of resvg, however I was reaching out on their behalf.
I don't believe it has been packaged in any major distro, including Debian.
I was hoping you could point me in the right direction, for the purpose of
getting resvg packaged in Debian. I am not a Debian packager by any means,
and I know even less about rust, but I am enthusiastic, and would be happy
to assist in anyway possible.
*Package Info:*
resvg (https://github.com/RazrFalcon/resvg) - An advanced SVG rasterizer.
It also contains a rust library, a C library, and a CLI application.
OpenShot uses the C library for integration.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions you have for me. =)
