Hi Robin,

our hardworking trainees found the following issues in your package:
 according to tests/fixtures/README.md, those json/toml files come
 from https://github.com/BurntSushi/toml-test. <- this repo is
 originally licensed under WTF license, and then relicensed udner MIT:

 https://github.com/BurntSushi/toml-test/commit/fb20d7aa743e57f1630718da839a6c069005ce4d
 
 tests/fixtures* are missing from d/copyright. Hence the rejection.
