[Pkg-rust-maintainers] rust-cbindgen stuck on migrating to unstable

Hi,

the package rust-cbindgen [1] hasn't migrated to testing for over 40
days due autopkgtest regressions.

The latest Thunderbird version 68.2.2-1 is depending on rust-cbindgen
and the non migrated version prevents Thunderbird on migrating to testing.

Any timeline when this issue will get solved? Thanks!
