Then the tool has a problem.  It really seems excessive to add four
Provides for every feature:

  librust-web-sys+abortcontroller-dev (= 0.3.28-1)
  librust-web-sys-0+abortcontroller-dev (= 0.3.28-1)
  librust-web-sys-0.3+abortcontroller-dev (= 0.3.28-1)
  librust-web-sys-0.3.28+abortcontroller-dev (= 0.3.28-1)

Clearly the information is already available via the version
information...  (I doubt even adding a Provides for every feature should
be done.)
