The uploads should go to experimental, and the dependencies are
available there.  On my machine, the build works with
IGNORE_MISSING_BUILD_DEPS=1 and with experimental as an extra
repository for sbuild:

>   --extra-repository='deb http://deb.debian.org/debian experimental main' --build-dep-resolver=aptitude \

Let me know if this does not fix the problem.
