Thanks for the review.

I have raised the issue upstream in order to clarify the situation:
https://github.com/rust-cli/roff-rs/issues/9

The rust tools reads the author line in the file cargo.toml file, and
I guess that the copyright claim in LICENSE-MIT might be a mistake,
but lets wait for clarification from upstream.
