Hi Sylvestre,

I updated the patch in the debcargo-conf repo on Salsa in a way that fixes the
problem.

My previous gpg subkey for signing uploads expired recently, and I uploaded
the newly generated subkey. Seems like I'll be able to perform the upload
early in December, after the new key got imported. If you'd like to see the
fix earlier, feel free to upload the update.
