Do you have a list of packages you have in mind?

Cargo is in testing (version 0.43.1)

Debcargo indeed needs some love (i reported bug 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=963916).

As NEW is super fast lately, peter, do you think you could have a new look?
