Package: librust-libz-sys+zlib-ng-dev

librust-libz-sys-dev strips out the zlib-ng sources, but
the librust-libz-sys+zlib-ng-dev package still exists. If you're going
to exclude the sources, please consider excluding the feature-package as
well.
