Just in case you wonder, I *am* currently accepting some rust packages.
Those that do not have tons of empty packages in them.
I sure see they go via Provides: lines, and while that's only better to
a limit, it is at least better, so I won't block those (unless they run
up that Provides line too much :) ), to at least get some stuff through
