Dear Maintainer,

I'm sorry, I have to reject this package. Not for anything in the
package itself, it may very well be ok otherwise, I didn't check that.

But it is one of the rust packages that uses empty packages for
feature flags. And that is something that we currently do not support.
There have been multiple discussions in various bug reports and on the
Rust Package maintainers list, the recent was the #debian-rust IRC
meeting, where we agreed on exploring various ways forward.

Until then, we are accepting all rust packages that do NOT include
empty feature packages, any with empty feature packages get rejected.
