There is now  https://salsa.debian.org/debian/shortwave

I'm a DD, but not could not create "salsa.debian.org/shortwave"
Hence the https://salsa.debian.org/debian/shortwave

Two requests:
* Start using it    :-)
* Report / express  if other location at Salsa is needed.
