Basic purpose: 
  Email discussion channel for Rust in Debian.

(Secundaire purpose:
  Preventing that humans get flooded
  by all the automatic emails from builds and such)

Interested audience:
  People interested in Rust and Debian
  plus the overlap they both have.

Wednesday september 23th is a meeting in #debian-rust
there I want get consensus for open list versus moderated list

So accept next contact after that monthly meeting.

Meanwhile we, debian-rust team, will check for apetide
on moderation or open list.
