The initial upload of rust-terminfo was REJECTed.  I believe the issues
have been addressed, but not uploaded, since then.  However, newer
versions of rust-alacritty-terminal no longer use rust-terminfo.

Since rust-alacritty-terminal is just part of the stack needed to get
alacritty packaged, I'll update it along with the rest of the work once
Bullseye is released.
