[Pkg-rust-maintainers] extended descriptions too long

Hello,

A small item I noticed searching librust packages is where the line 
lengths for the package name including the description is rather long.

There are several recommendations in lintian [0] which are meant to be 
warning about long package names but those don't seem to be appearing on 
the package tracker.

As a random example of a long description please consider the following:

 > librust-env-logger+atty-dev - Logging implementation for `log` which 
is configured via an environment variable - feature "atty"
