For bat, it requires updating too many dependencies which might break 
other binaries.

So, it will have to wait until bullseye is released.

For fd-find, I am not sure what you are talking. The last upstream 
version is 8.2.1 and we
have the same version in testing & unstable:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rust-fd-find
