We, those with interest in the combination Rust and Debian,
have now mailinglist  debian-rust at lists.debian.org

or through https://lists.debian.org/debian-rust/

The idea is to use pkg-rust-maintainers at alioth-lists.debian.net
for "machine generated email" as we are already doing and
debian-rust at lists.debian.org for the more human touch emails
