[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#998415: Bug#998415: With a recent upload of rust-serde the autopkgtest of rust-debcargo, fails in testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages, of rust-serde from unstable. It passes when run with only packages from, testing.

Most maintainers appreciate them. I'll try to remember to *not* file
them for rust packages anymore.

Please remember to resolve these issues in a timely fashion thou. Being
out-of-sync between unstable and testing for more than 60 days *is*
considered an RC (serious) bug [1].
