Definitely! For the last ESR round DSA deployed a change to make the
security chroots include buster-proposed-updates. Not sure, if that
is still the case, but we'll need the same for the bullseye chroots.

This will also be needed for the openjdk-11 buster-security update
after jtreg/jtharness are in buster-proposed-updates.
