I'm bumping this up to serious, because the version of rust-grcov currently in Debian
has many broken build-dependencies, I could open a seperate bug for that but I
don't think it's worthwhile.

There is work in progress packaging for an update of rust-grcov in the debcargo-conf
repository, unfortunately the latest upstream version has a dependencies on a few
crates that are not in debian. Specifically symbolic-common, symbolic-demangle and
tera.

Sylvestre prepared a patch that removed the dependencies on symbolic-common and
symbolic-demangle, but the patch broke the build so I removed it from the
patch series for now. Looking at the upstream git history it looks to me
like eliminating those dependencies would be non-trivial.

So it looks like before grcov can be updated those crates need to be packaged
by someone (won't be me, I generally only package new stuff if I personally
use it).
