This doesn't affect only rust-glib-sys but basically every library crate
package that depends on it, i.e.

  - rust-gio and rust-gio-sys
  - rust-glib and rust-glib-sys
  - rust-gobject-sys
  - rust-graphene-rs and rust-graphene-sys
  - rust-gsk4 and rust-gsk4-sys
  - rust-gstreamer and rust-gstreamer-sys
  - rust-gstreamer-* and rust-gstreamer-*-sys
  - rust-gtk and rust-gtk-sys
  - rust-gtk4 and rust-gtk4-sys

I'm not going to file bugs for all these packages as they're all maintained by
the Rust team and they all have to be solved in the same way.
