Hi Jelmer,
rust-pyo3-build-config currently builds a
librust-pyo3-build-config+python3-dll-a-dev binary package, which depends on
librust-python3-dll-a-0.2+default-dev. But rust-python3-dll-a does not
appear to have been uploaded anywhere in Debian (it's not in unstable, or in
the NEW queue). This makes rust-pyo3-build-config unreleasable, since
uninstallable binary packages will not migrate to testing.
Please either upload rust-python3-dll-a, or drop the uninstallable package.
