[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Comments regarding rust-pamsm_0.5.2-1_amd64.changes

Thank you.
I have to go now, but what is the best way to fix it? I mean I don't
have write access to rust-team/debcargo-conf to change it directly in
pending-pamsm and I think I have seen somewhere, that it shound be only
one commit in such branches. I'm right here? Should I use git commit
--amend than and push?

I would do it today at night.
