If you mean for zbus crate (not libslirp crate) then it seems
upstream (annoyingly) summarizes changes oly in release notes, e.g.
here: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/dbus/zbus/-/releases/zbus-3.0.0


A interesting more general note from zbus upstream is this:

That's for the bump from v2 to v3, though.  But since that bump might be
harmless for most users, could be the previous bump is as well - perhaps
simply ask upstream maintainer about any specific concerns.
