Hi Thorsten,

It's not in the source. I went to GitHub to look for "significant contributors",
that is, contributing regularly, rather than occasionaly.

The rmp and rmp-serde packages are part of
https://github.com/3Hren/msgpack-rust, where Kornel, with GitHub username
@kornelski, has so far made 53 commits, several times more than other occasional
contributors. Also, they are the major contributor since 2019, while the project
owner Evgeny Safronov (with GitHub username @3Hren) has no commits since January
2018. I then concluded that the effective maintainer is now Kornel.
