The rustc testsuite on ppc64 fails with 25 failed tests while the maximum
allowed number is 24 [1]:

Summary: exit code 1, counted 25 tests failed.
24 maximum allowed. Aborting the build.
Check the logs further above for details.

Could you adjust that value?
