Attempting to unpack librust-sha3-0.9-dev/0.9.1-1+b1 from Debian bookworm
on a minimal Debian bullseye with librust-sha3-dev/0.9.1-1
installed, causes an unpack error from dpkg due to
/usr/share/cargo/registry/sha3-0.9.1/.cargo-checksum.json being contained in both packages.
