Hi!

This version is supposed to fix the issue that prevented it from being
used by dpkg-dev for its SOP OpenPGP backend. I'm only filing this
because it would be nice to add support for it for the upcoming Debian
release, but there's only few days until the toolchain freeze. I'm
planning on doing (probably more) but at least a final release around
the 9th, to give room for dpkg to migrate before the 12th.

Otherwise, no hurry, and I'll enable sqop as a SOP implementation
after that. :)
