[Pkg-rust-maintainers] lsd installation

Hi

Could you share what error message that you get, that way it's a bit
easier for us to know what went wrong.

Also, the github page says that it's only available in apt in Ubuntu
23.04 (Lunar Lobster) and newer versions, and that the snap package is
discontinued. What Ubuntu version do you run?
