Package: rustc
Version: 1.63.0+dfsg1-2
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: budheal508 at gmail.com

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
apt-get install cargo rust
suggested further packages (cargo-doc icu-doc ncurses-doc pkg-config llvm-14-doc python-pygments-doc ttf-bitstream-vera lld-14 clang-14)
and adding those apt-get suggested two more (clang-14-doc wasi-libc)
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Trying installing that passel fails on a hash error.
Trying installing everything except wasi-libc completed.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
An error message was printed:
Err:43 file:/mnt/RC2-1 bookworm/main amd64 wasi-libc all 0.0~git20220510.9886d3d-2

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
As shown above, I copied RC2 (DLBD using jigdo) into local storage for fast access
I did not try to compile or build the file.
I use the MIT mirror if it makes a difference.
