I did not find any other attributions in the source and he is listed in 
the copyright of the upstream repo:

https://github.com/multiformats/rust-multihash/blob/master/LICENSE#L3

which is not part of the Debian package because multihash-derive is only 
a sub package. Would you be ok if I add a comment to d/copyright 
explaining the situation or would you propose a different attribution?

P.S.: rust-multihash-codetable in new has the same situation. I would 
update it once we agreed on a solution for rust-multihash-derive.
