Dear Maintainer,

Test rust-x11rb-protocol:@ is marked flaky in debian/tests/control, even
though it passes consistently given enough resources.

We removed the flaky restriction in version 0.13.0-2ubuntu1 and attached are the test results with all tests passing on arm64 (running on a machine with 8GB RAM and 4 cores):

Please consider removing the flaky restriction from the test.
