rust-spytrap-adb depends on adb which isn't available on s390x. This
was preventing this new package from migrating to Testing.

Therefore, we have added adb to rust-spytrap-adb's Build-Depends so
that the package is no longer built on s390x. It now needs to be
removed on s390x so that the package is eligible for migration to
Testing.
