rustc-web and cargo-web have an undeclared file conflict with rustup. This may
result in an unpack error from dpkg.

are contained in the packages
 * rustc-web
   * 1.78.0+dfsg1-2~deb11u2 as present in bullseye-proposed-updates
   * 1.78.0+dfsg1-2~deb12u2 as present in bookworm-proposed-updates
 * rustup/1.26.0-7+b1 as present in trixie|unstable

The file /usr/bin/cargo is contained in the packages
 * cargo-web
   * 1.78.0+dfsg1-2~deb11u2 as present in bullseye-proposed-updates
   * 1.78.0+dfsg1-2~deb12u2 as present in bookworm-proposed-updates
 * rustup/1.26.0-7+b1 as present in trixie|unstable

These packages can be unpacked concurrently, because there is no
relevant Replaces or Conflicts relation. Attempting to unpack these
packages concurrently results in an unpack error from dpkg, because none
of the packages installs a diversion for the affected files.
