lynx and w3m are web browsers. What they are not is graphical.

Thanks for caring about those disliking graphical web browsers.

How about those disliking the web interface of salsa?

I can only speak for myself, but can elaborate on two concerns I have
with tracking a large complex issue like this on salsa:

 * I am forced to work "webby", i.e. live-linked to salsa
In other words, I cannot work offline on an unstable or expensive
internet connection, which discriminates billionaires on a hike
linked up via their satellite phone, and - more relevant - folks who
   cannot afford high-quality internet.
 * I cannot track Debian-wide effects on changes to this issue,
   e.g. https://release.debian.org/transitions/

Please consider using the Debian bug tracker to track bugs that affect
Debian (not only your own team).
