After applying the following patch to fix rnp's brittle test for GnuPG's
version, many of the tests appear to be failures based on expectations
about key strength.  I'm attaching some example output from one of the
tests in case anyone wants to investigate further.

I suspect that the test suite should probably be improved to meet the
guidelines described in draft-ietf-openpgp-crypto-refresh about key
strength.
