Yes, Sam Day is actually a major contributor to those bindings, and he 
significantly helps shaping the project, as can be seen from the git 
log: https://gitlab.gnome.org/guidog/libphosh-rs/-/commits/main/

Even though no file mentions him directly, IMHO he should appear in 
d/copyright as the author of a significant portion of the code present 
in those packages (both rust-libphosh and rust-libphosh-sys).
