Upstream sequoia is indeed deprecating /usr/bin/sq-wot, and the latest
upstream release (0.13.2) of the sequoia-wot crate (packaged in debian
as src:rust-sequoia-wot) no longer builds the binary either.
I've just uploaded rust-sequoia-wot 0.13.2 to unstable, and therefore
the `sq-wot` binary package should be removed from the archive.
The source package, rust-sequoia-wot, should *not* be removed as it is
used as a dependency for several useful tools :)
