Oh - sorry to the alarm bells - git-delta panics in test, not in
running code.

Still, would be quite nice to have this fixed and get git-delta
working properly - and other consumers as well, I assume: The effect of
the bug in running code is most likely, as I understand it, wrongly
computed line lengths causing e.g. staircasing of some multi-line
console drawing e.g. involving ratatui.
