Hi Ian, all,
The "http stack" (http*, hyper*, tower*, reqwest, axum, etc.) is quite
intertwined, so it's planned as a (team level) transition pack, tracked here:
https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf/-/issues/78
Considering the recent libgit2 transition affecting rustc and the base64 (team)
transition, this is staged in the http-stack branch to avoid increasing fallout
radius. I plan to carry it out after aforementioned fallout is cleared.
