Hello FTP Team,

The tests for the "histogram" Rust crate fail on 32-bit systems[0]. The "rust-histogram" Debian source package was only made in anticipation of submitting the scientific tool "sourmash" into the archive [1], which is only targeting 64-bit architectures.

Please remove the 32-bit binaries of librust-histogram-dev from the Debian archive.
